In the censhare Admin Client, there is an entry for every module change. This is stored in the change history.


If there is a change in a module configuration a change history entry will automatically be created. Stored in the history entry will be the User, Timestamp, and an optional comment.

With this feature, the system administrator can find out who changed the modules. Also, the support team can get information about a module if there is a problem.

Configuration

The entry will be created automatically when opening the configuration. The timestamp is taken from the time the module was opened, not when it was saved. It is very important that the administrators abort an editing session when there is no real change in the module.

Comments can only be added to the XML at the moment. To edit the history or delete an entry the XML has to be edited at the part <history>.
