The user settings in the censhare master data.

General settings

This Master data section creates and maintains persistent user settings. These settings contain stored asset queries and filters, as well as user-related preferences of the censhare Web. Usually, there is no need to modify this data. There are four different types of settings:

  • Asset search: stored asset queries.

  • Asset filter: stored asset filters.

  • Web-Client User Setting: preferences of a user in censhare Web.

  • Schedule-step-filter: stored filters for schedules.

Details

  • ID: unique ID of the format. The ID is created by the system.

  • Name: Name of the User/Client-Parameters.

  • Type: parameter-type.

  • User/Type: user or group that is allowed to use the User/Client-Parameter. If no user or group is defined the parameter is available to all users.

  • Role: Role that is allowed to use the User/Client-Parameter. If no role is defined the parameter is available to all roles.

  • Domain: Domain that is allowed to use the User/Client-Parameter. If no domain is defined the parameter is available in all domains.

  • 2nd Domain: 2nd domain that is allowed to use the User/Client-Parameter. If no domain is defined the parameter is available in all 2nd domains.

  • XML-Data: XML-representation of the User/Client-Parameters. Can not be modified!
