If the Virus check on upload module is enabled in your system, censhare automatically scans uploaded files before they are added to the system. If the check detects any malware or virus, the file is not uploaded, and an error message displays.
If you think that the file you try to upload does not contain any virus or malware, contact an administrator to check the settings of the virus scanner.
