Overview

While inheritance functionality works, the icons and "stop inheritance" actions are not displayed. Follow the steps below to resolve this issue by adding the required "feature" trait to the metadata dialog.

Feature inheritance icons are not visible in the widget view.
The "stop inheritance" action is missing from the edit dialog.
Steps to resolve the Issue
To enable the inheritance icons, add the "feature" trait to the metadata dialog associated with the affected widget.
Step 1: Open the Metadata Dialog Configuration
Navigate to the affected widget (e.g., "Brand Information") in the admin interface.
Click on the "Configure widget" option.
Step 2: Edit the Dialog
In the configuration dialog, click on the "Edit" button to open the associated metadata dialog.
Example: The dialog associated with "Brand Information."
Step 3: Add the "Feature" Trait
In the template editor for the dialog, navigate to the "Options" tab.
Locate the section for traits and add the "feature" trait.
This enables the inheritance icons and actions.
Save the changes.
After applying the configuration:
Navigate to the affected section (e.g., "Brand Information" under "General Hotel Information").
Verify that inheritance icons and "stop inheritance" actions are now visible in both the widget view and edit dialogs.
