This guide explains how to access both the Censhare Community and the Entirely Community, when to use each, and how to stay informed through activity subscriptions without needing to log in every time.
Overview: Two Communities, Two Purposes
As part of our transition, we now operate across two community platforms. Understanding which one to use and why is important:
|
Community |
Purpose |
Status |
|---|---|---|
|
Censhare Community |
Legacy reference — existing posts, historical discussions, knowledge base |
Read-only (new posts/replies disabled) |
|
Censhare Community — Maintenance Info |
Server availability updates and maintenance window announcements |
Fully active (still being updated) |
|
Entirely Community |
Active discussions, release announcements, collaboration |
Fully active |
In short: Use the Censhare Community to reference existing content. Use the Entirely Community for all new discussions and updates going forward.
1. Accessing the Censhare Community
The Censhare Community remains accessible for browsing historical content and existing knowledge base articles.
URL: https://community.censhare.com
How to Log In:
-
Navigate to the Censhare Community URL above.
-
Click Log In in the top right corner.
-
On the login screen, click "with Censhare" to authenticate using your existing Censhare credentials (SSO).
-
You will be logged in and can browse all existing content.
-
You will also be able to get new Maintenance Information from this channel.
Note: The Censhare Community is now in read-only mode. You can view and reference existing posts, or get info on Maintenance but creating new topics or replies is no longer possible. For active participation, please use the Entirely Community.
2. Accessing the Entirely Community
The Entirely Community is the new unified platform for all active discussions, product updates, maintenance announcements, and collaboration.
