Test the access to Censhare's upcoming ticketing system
To access our new ticketing system, external users need an account in our external user directory. Some of our customer and partner users have already a working account and can use it.
For those customer users who don't have an account, we have created it. But it needs to be verified and a password needs to be set. This will be done with the “Forgot Password?“ feature.
Please follow the instructions below to get access.
1. Open link:
https://servicedesk.censhare.com
If you are not already logged on, you will be forwarded to our authentication service and see the “Sign In” window:
Option 1: You know your credentials.
Fill in Email and Password and press “Sign in“
You will be forwarded to our “Support Portal Welcome Page”
Option 2: You don’t know your credentials.
If you don’t know your password or if you are the first time at this Sign In window, press on link “Forgot Password?“.
You get the following dialog, to submit your e-mail address.
Use the email address where you received our notification to verify access!Check your email inbound and you find an email with your password. It may take some minutes until your reach the email.
Go back to the “Sing in” page and login
After successful login, you should see this Support Portal Welcome Page:
