Use Tracker Ticket Templates
Censhare Tracker comes with templates created for reporting the issues.
To use these templates use the below steps:
Login to ecosphere tracker (web)
Click “Create Asset”
Click on tab “Asset from template”
You would see two templates (if not visible, search for “Customer Name” in “Filter result” field)
Customer Name - Functional Problem - [Issue template]
Customer Name - Performance Problem - [Issue template]
Use the relevant template to create a ticket for issue reporting.
Using the templates saves time and helps to answer all relevant questions to support in initial steps.
